Pilates Reformer and Apparatus Sessions​ by Appointment

A system of exercise that engages the mind, enhances the physical awareness and conditions the whole body. A balanced blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress and creates long lean muscles. The focus of Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Combo Chair and Ladder Barrel. Apparatus sessions are focused on quality of movement.

Pilates Fundamentals and Beginnings Group Class

If you are new to Pilates this is the place to start. You will have a terrific full body work out, a postural assessment, learn about the core and be guided with how you specifically can progress towards your goals.

 

 

Pilates Stretch. Flex and Tone Group Classes

Based on the principals of Pilates and other stretching body therapies the focus of this class is the title. Stretching improves Flexibility which Tones and lengthens muscles.  Many students have mentioned this is their favorite class.

 

 

Pilates Max Stretch

A perfect finish to Stretch Flex and Tone class or a quick tune up.  A 30 min extra stretching on the equipment. Improve your FLEX !  Opening for 2 students only.

 

 

Pilates with Toys Group Classes

​Add variety to your exercise routine. Magic circles, resistance bands, balls and foam rollers are fun and challenging. Pilates with Toys targets the core, legs, butt and arms. Leave class feeling energized and strong.

 

 

Pilates for Real Men

Pilates Reformer by Appointment and Group Classes

A power workout for the guys.  Strength, agility, balance, alignment and stabilization. Stretch-lengthen tight muscles groups and strengthen underutilized muscles. A whole body workout.

Progression to peak performance is the goal for this guy class.

 

 

SPIRAL MOTION Group Classes

Exercise on the stool and mat Spiral Motion works the entire body through physical natural movements : arching, curling, stretching, lengthening, and spiraling. Decompress your spine, release joint and muscle stiffness, increase flexibility, range of motion, develop coordination and strength with minimal effort. Give your spine and joints the gift of release in this class.
